This Workout Wednesday, I'm bringing Pilates to the gym. Here's my version of centering from the Pedi Pull with TRX straps. To complete this move correctly, keep the tension in the straps and your heels up as you go through the movements. 

Be nice to your knees! Concentrate so you can control your movement as you squat up and down.
