This Veggie Fritatta is the perfect meal for a Sunday brunch!
- Orange Peppers
- Olive Oil
- Salt & Pepper
- 6 Eggs
Break out your cast iron skillet and sautee onions, asparagus and orange peppers in olive oil with salt and pepper to taste.
Scramble 6 eggs and pour into skillet.
Bake uncovered for 20 minutes.
Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
